Choosing medical supplies: from browsing to a considered order

Whether you need a few packs or a larger order, the catalogue lets you narrow down products by name, item number and category. Next, open the product page to check your selection. Compare the options listed there and put together your order one step at a time.

Start with a category or a search

The seven categories offer a starting point. Choose the area that matches your needs, or search with an item number you already know. Selecting several categories includes products from all of them. The availability filter lets you narrow this selection further.

If your search returns no results, try a shorter product name or remove individual filters. For similar items, compare the names first and then open their detail pages. A category label alone does not replace checking the specific product option.

Match the option and pack contents

A product may be offered in several variants. Check the selected size, option and stated pack. The quantity in your cart and the number of items within a pack are different figures: ordering two packs does not necessarily mean ordering two individual items.

Before adding a product, check the information for your chosen variant. If anything is unclear, use the contact page and have the item number ready. This helps identify exactly which item your question concerns.

Compare prices on the same basis

Always compare prices for the same sales unit. A lower pack price tells you little without knowing its contents. Check what the price covers, the selected variant and any stated unit price. Include the information about tax and delivery in your comparison.

If quantity pricing is displayed, check the minimum quantity and the option it applies to. Do not assume that a price tier applies to another variant. Items marked as price on request need individual clarification; a missing price does not mean an item is free.

Prepare a clear list for larger orders

For a purchasing list, note the product name or item number, the required variant and the number of sales units. Add the total number of individual items needed where useful. This helps colleagues coordinate an order and distinguish between different pack sizes.

For a wholesale enquiry, bring together the required items and quantities. Resolve any questions about your selection before ordering, then check the cart and the final checkout summary. This keeps a clear record of the option and quantity you intend to order.
