Our Story
HaseMed was founded in 2024 in Osnabrück, Lower Saxony, Germany - a city known for its tradition of peace and the river Hase. Our brand name combines precisely these two elements: "Hase" represents the river that flows through our hometown, and "Med" stands for medicine. Just as the Hase flows steadily and reliably through Osnabrück, we aim to provide a steady and reliable supply of medical consumables.
Our mission is clear: high-quality medical consumables should be accessible and affordable for everyone. Whether you run a medical practice, hospital, nursing home, or outpatient care service - we offer professional products that meet the highest European quality standards without unnecessarily inflating costs. What started with a handful of products has grown into a comprehensive range of over 50 medical consumables across seven categories. From disposable gloves and disinfectants to sharps containers and urinal bottles, from feeding cups to hot-cold compresses - our offerings fully cover the daily needs of medical facilities.

This regulation ensures that all medical devices distributed within the EU meet stringent requirements for safety, performance, and clinical evaluation.
Our quality management system includes full traceability, regular batch testing, and close collaboration with our manufacturing partners. Every product passes through multiple quality checks before it leaves our warehouse. The Declaration of Conformity is available for every HaseMed product upon request.
Furthermore, we subject our products to regular internal audits and work exclusively with certified manufacturing partners who have implemented rigorous quality management systems themselves. Shipping & Logistics
All HaseMed orders ship from our state-of-the-art AutoStore fulfillment center in Berlin. AutoStore is a fully automated warehouse system that uses robotic technology to ensure fast and error-free order picking. For our customers, this means shorter processing times, fewer errors, and reliable delivery.
Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM (CET) are usually shipped the same day. We ship via DHL and DPD. Within Germany, delivery takes 1-3 business days; within the EU, 3-7 business days. We deliver to all 27 EU member states.
The combination of our central location in Berlin, automated warehouse technology, and proven shipping partners like DHL and DPD enables us to maintain consistently high delivery quality. Whether it is a single order or a bulk delivery for clinics - every shipment is treated with the same care.
